Fat reduction is a challenge almost everyone fights with from time to time. The quest for the healthiest fat loss plan or the most efficient workout routine can last for a long time. Absent examination, it appears that the search is about more or less looking good in the eyes of others.

But the problem and its answer begin with you. What I am telling you is that the actual job is not selecting a weight loss diet, or what to eat, etc. the real issue is self-judgment. It is wise to start there.

You only feel bad when among other people if you are looking at your self through judgmental eyes. When you free yourself from self-judgment, no matter how distressing it was, then you will have gotten to the root of the problem. You emerge from that state by choosing to do so. You remove self-judgment about your body image or anything for that matter, by accepting how unproductive it is, and at the same time finding ways to experience more self-esteem.
